On May 6, 2020, 284 national, state, and local organizations will send a letter to HHS Secretary Alex Azar requesting HHS expand access to the ACA for DACA recipients.

On April 22, 2020, over 50 Members of Congress sent a letter to HHS Secretary Alex Azar requesting that HHS expand access to the ACA for DACA recipients.
